Water Operations Services
G2C Water are specialists in all aspects of water operations. The business is managed by experienced Operational Personnel who have developed their water industry expertise in a variety of water resource planning and management, water conservation and environmental management projects.
We recognise that a range of operational services are required to ensure a water resource strategy is an accepted and integrated concept within a water company. Services range from site auditing, data logging, hydraulic analysis and serviceability assessments, to contingency planning and delivery of operational maintenance.
Project Management
The use of ageing infrastructure causes losses, water shortage, and non-compliance with required levels of service, and consequently customer dissatisfaction often results in reduced revenues.
G2C Water provides key Project Management and Site Supervisory personnel to ensure the successful delivery of new infrastructure and active leakage control projects. Effective management and implementation of a wide range of water operational strategies and capabilities ensures the supply and distribution of clean water meets the demands of capital and operational investment programmes.
Consultancy
G2C Water manages water supply networks using an Integrated Network Management Strategy which involves strategic planning, detailed network analysis and subsequent design development.
Our solutions are cost effective and over a sensible period, self-financing. We have expertise in managing corporate data inventories and provide a service that involves support on the production of regulatory reporting and on the design of company IT systems, assessment of asset condition, the performance and design of company-wide data collection programmes.
